SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

HIJAZI ONLINE loves to serve you better and better and also wishes to get your favorite product speedily and instantly. Once you confirm your order your product will be delivered within the possible time. It varies based on your location, size of commodity, type of commodity and characteristics. In the case of food items, it is instant delivery. And in the case of other urgent items, it is as soon as possible. And may take one or two days. The normal delay for other items is five days. But in case that seller is very far from your location it may take more days. Calamities, technical obstacles, or strikes may affect the delivery and maybe a longer delay. For the sake of better services, we do recommend you order products from the nearest supplier if it is available on our platform. Some big commodities like furniture or fragile things like glassware may take more time to keep safe and secure delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Users are required to return the product within 48 hours of receipt. You can return the product that you ordered after delivery. That is when you see any defect, dysfunction, error, different product that you ordered, or you do not like the product for any other reason. Eventually it is to be informed that you have to tell the reason of return. If it is not of any type of relevant reason you are responsible to compensate us, our partners and our associates. Once you returned the product and it is approved by our executives you will get your refund within 7 days. And if you returned the product for replacement due to error, defect, dysfunction you will get the right product as soon as possible.

CANCELATION POLICY

Once you purchased, placed the order and confirmed, you can cancel that order before the seller shipped your commodity. But after he shipped it you cannot cancel the order you placed on HIJAZI platform. Even though you can reject it on your door. Then a cancelation fee should be levied. This is why the logistics will charge for shipped items.
